I took my car in to have 2 recalls fixed and an issue looked at. When I arrived there were plenty of people with Kia nametags walking past me but at NO point did anyone look me in the eyes, acknowledge m looked at. When I arrived there were plenty of people with Kia nametags walking past me but at NO point did anyone look me in the eyes, acknowledge my presence, or even give me a simple "hello". When the SA finished his phone call and started writing up my ticket, I agreed to leave my vehicle overnight to allow proper time for repairs and diagnosis and was told I'd receive a call in the morning. The following morning I did not receive a call so I waited until after 1 PM to place a call to follow up. When Charlie called me back I was informed that the recall work had still not been completed, 20 hours after that should have been finished. I was then told I could not pick up my car until after 3:30. I don't understand why they waited until the following day to make the repairs they were scheduled to make the day before. Upon realizing they couldn't replicate the 3rd issue, they should have called me by 8:30 AM to come pick up my car. And the attitude that Charlie had when he called me should be addressed. I tried to make things easier on Kia by leaving my vehicle and for him to act like I'm bothering him by following up with him because he never called me back is inexcusable. I love my car but I'm willing to get rid of it just to not have to deal with this dealership ever again. This is not the first bad experience I've had here but I will make sure it's my last. More
