Craig spent a lot of time working with me to look at all the possibilities to meet what I was looking for. It was cold and windy, so he drove me around the lot looking at several cars. Then he worked out th the possibilities to meet what I was looking for. It was cold and windy, so he drove me around the lot looking at several cars. Then he worked out three options on paper, let me take a good test drive, brought me coffee, and did a lot of work behind the scenes to get me the car I needed. It was probably one of the lowest priced cars on the lot, but Craig gave my transaction all the time needed for me to be comfortable driving a car off the lot. More

Great dealership bad sales associate. We told Derrick Blevins about sound concerns before and again after buying but was merely deflected. Be careful with used cars from this dealership especially non Kia vehicles. Very impressed with management though even though all issues could not be addressed they did what they could about issues.
