As a previous Lexus owner, I can tell you, while the service Department isn't as nice/flashy as Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, VA.... the service itself and feedback I received from Kia of Waldorf today, far surpassed any services I received from Lindsay Lexus. Ryan W. listened and addressed every concern I had. He offered suggestions and gave lots of feedback. I was invited to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi as well as coffee, water and snacks. I left there feeling empowered and confident that when I go back, I will be in good hands. Kia of Waldorf has earned a 5 out of 5 star rating from me!!
