Easy going ! Raymond (aka Mike) is a very relatable, honest, and laid back guy. He was professional but not to the point where you felt like you were talking to a Raymond (aka Mike) is a very relatable, honest, and laid back guy. I could tell he wasn't there just to make money for himself, but that he honestly cared about my needs no matter what I decided. He also made jokes and told his personal opinions on each car we looked at while keeping his patience. I believe Mike brings energy into his work place and having that along with his other qualities makes car shopping so much easier and less stressful as a customer. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED & I GOT IT !!! MIKE AND I CONNECTED RIGHT AWAY, THE UNIVERSE PLACED HIM HERE "just for me" I didn't see anything I wanted upon walking through the lot with Mike.
