Firstly, the initial encounter with this dealership started off great. The sales person was wonderful and I found a great vehicle I wanted to purcahse after traveling an extremely far distance to this started off great. The sales person was wonderful and I found a great vehicle I wanted to purcahse after traveling an extremely far distance to this dealership. I left a deposit on the vehicle I was going to purchase because I wanted my personal mechanic to bless the car before fully purchasing. Unfortunately, 3 days later I received a phone call from one of the managers stating that my deposit had expired; and in addition, the car was found to be faulty and they could not rightfully sell it to me because they value their customers’ business. Unfortunately, this manager was lying. The car was actually sold to another customer that morning. I suspect that they got more money and just decided to sell it even though I had a deposit. There was no courtesy call to let me know what was transpiring; or at a minimum, provide me with an opportunity to complete the purchase. Understanding that dealerships are not here to be your friend, but to make money at the end of day; but what I found unethical and egregious is that this manager would call me and lie and say he’s looking out for my best interest, knowing that the car was sold. This really shows the character and integrity of the dealership, that they’ll say anything to get your business. With that said, I am not bitter, but highly disappointed as I shared with my family, I was picking up a new car. So, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT purchasing from this dealership. If they are willing to go that far to lie, imagine what they would say to get your business. Integrity and honesty is always welcomed, but lying is just a real terrible way to operate your business. Worst experience. Was lied to. All they want is your money. Went for a safety inspection was was told it would not pass if I did not but 2 tires, do a brake flush, Was lied to.
