Too expensive and too lobg Waited almost three weeks for a replacement key. I called and yes they have it in but then a day later no it’s not in. Not a great experience Lets start with the good. Nick F was a great sales person. Was attentive to what we were looking for, worked with us through the process, and was ne Lets start with the good. Nick F was a great sales person. Was attentive to what we were looking for, worked with us through the process, and was never once pushy. Now the not so good. We came in at 5:00 pm to pick up the vehicle. We had to make a slight change to add someone to the lease agreement. Almost 4 hours later we finally drove off in the car. No excuse for that. There were not many people there at the time. Working with the finance person took forever! Each time he came over and said it would take 5 minutes, about 45 minutes would go by. We were not kept in the loop on why it was taking so long. While Nick did ask if we needed anything, not even the Sales Manager came over. We should not have been made to wait that long, especially since my fiance is pregnant as well. To top it off, we didn't even get a full tank of gas. Was told the gas station ran out and we would have to drive back and have a sales person take it to fill it up. We should have been given a voucher to use near us for a gas station. We are not going to waste miles to drive there (20 min away) for them to fill out tank. We have no incentive in 39 months to lease again with them or even use there service department. As new customers they could have done a lot more. More
