My 2016 Kia Soul EV would not charge, I called the dealer and advised them of the problem and they asked if I could get it to them, I explained I did not have enough charge to make it to them and they gave me the number for roadside assistance. Roadside assistance was prompt and brought my car to the dealer. Within 2 hours I received a call from April from the service dept. of Kia of Nyack, she told me they had diagnosed my car with a bad on board charger and that the part is special order and would take 2 days to get. I got a call 3 days later that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. On arrival for pickup I spoke with April again, who informed me of the repairs which were done and she said she had the car detailed inside and out as a courtesy to me. You can't beat that for great service.
