It seemed like you are being comforted prior to finding out what your bill is going to be. I had to inform the Rep that I only had a certain amount of money and so I can't go over. She said well, with the coupon it will be well below that. My bill was a little bit over what I came with. I said why is this bill above by so much when you told me it would be under $60.00? Well, your car required a more expensive air filter. Is it a $40.00 air filter? I have bought air filters myself and I don't think I have ever seen a $40.00 air filter.. I want to change my stars to 3. I just read my bill. I think she just forgot about the labor cost. I could have just had an oil change. It says I requested tire rotation, but when I called to make an appointment that was suggested to me. By the way, the air filter was $7.90. It's a questionable visit. More

My service agent April was AWESOME... from the moment my vehicle was in their possession April kept me abreast of everything from timing to what was being done. She is knowledgeable and courteous. In truth, had it not been for April's follow-up calls I would not have remembered to bring my vehicle in for the needed recall items. More

Charged for Warranty I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morning it came in but then were unable to duplicate it again. Since in there eyes the problem went away I had to pay for a service visit. But why is it my fault if you SAW the issue and then it went away that there is no problem. You know it exists as you saw it. I do not think I should have been responsible for the charge, not very fair. To the point my customer service rep April was wonderful and was more than helpful. More

I was appreciative that the two worked together, as a team, to help create an overall agreeable experience for me. The wait time was less than estimated and the process was easy and stress free. No other service was added or recommended unnecessarily, like other dealership services. More
