In truth, had it not been for April's follow-up calls I would not have remembered to bring my vehicle in for the needed recall items. More

Charged for Warranty I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morning it came in but then were unable to duplicate it again. Since in there eyes the problem went away I had to pay for a service visit. But why is it my fault if you SAW the issue and then it went away that there is no problem. You know it exists as you saw it. I do not think I should have been responsible for the charge, not very fair. To the point my customer service rep April was wonderful and was more than helpful. More

Quick service I went in yesterday morning for my scheduled oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail and they redeemed it, no problem. April told me it would be an hour for the oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection as well as a computer update. 45 minutes later, I was out the door. I highly recommend :) More

They checked the car right away (turned out to be nothing) and did a complimentary oil change as well.
