New ownership is awful The new management is bad, i don't know where they hired these people but they aren't as nice as the old staff. When I called to make my service appoi The new management is bad, i don't know where they hired these people but they aren't as nice as the old staff. When I called to make my service appointment the guy who answered the phone literally sounded like he was high, speaking 4 words a minute. Then when I came in they tried to charge me for what was supposed to be a free oil change and tire rotation. I just took the car home to my mechanic instead. They also used to have a Keurig machine in the service waiting room and instead they now have 2 cheap coffee pots of weak dirt water. The old service staff used to be extremely friendly and welcoming but now it seems like they couldn't care less if you went to them for service, which is good, because i'll never go back there again. I'm also letting my father know not to go there since he's planning to buy the new Niro this year. More

Sales and Service I have been a customer of Kia of West Nyack since 2014. My Sorento was due for an oil change but I was also nearing the end of my present lease. After I have been a customer of Kia of West Nyack since 2014. My Sorento was due for an oil change but I was also nearing the end of my present lease. After dropping my car off in Service, I visited the Sales Department. Michael Thomas did everything possible to get me the deal I was looking for. Tony DeNivo, the Sales Manager, then sealed the deal. I came in for an oil change and left with a 2017 Sorento. I also want to give a shout out to Juan and Krystal in Service and Alfredo who handled the financial end of the deal. Smiling BIG TIME today! More

Service Dept I purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra for my daughter in December. She flew home for Christmas break and we drove the car back to New York, where she attends I purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra for my daughter in December. She flew home for Christmas break and we drove the car back to New York, where she attends school at Nyack College. Her car got stuck in park, so she took it to Kia and they adjusted a cable, it worked for a few days then got stuck again. Her car was up a hill behind her dorm and it got snowed in for 2 weeks. She called AAA but they couldn't get a truck up the hill to tow it. She called Kia and they sent a couple guys out to her school. They adjusted the cable then shoveled snow and scraped ice off her car so she could drive it back to Kia where they repaired it. She said Devin was extremely helpful throughout the situation going above and beyond in her opinion. I live far away in Florida, and am glad to know there are service centers and mechanics that so helpful can be trusted. I will certainly consider Kia as an option for my next vehicle, or service appt. More
