My lease was up and I was looking for a buyout quote. The residual value of my car was $11k according to the website I make my payments to every month. Taxes and fee would cost $5k additional????? That was absurd in my mind. I stopped dealing with Kia themselves at that point. I’m not paying an extra $5k just so you can have commission. From then on out I only dealt with the third party I make my monthly payments too. I ended up paying $12k for my car. At the end Alek MacPhee emailed me and said “I should have been an adult and learned to communicate”. Which was obviously very unprofessional. Shocking that Kia allowed him to do that through their works email. I will not be dealing with Kia ever again. Don’t let the salesmen bully you. Go through your third party. More

I don’t usually do this but the service department does not do what they say. First my suv was there for one month and the put a new parts on front end. Well now my bumper is coming off. I said I had to make a call for approval. Got it approved. So I walk back in told them it was approved and they said oh we cant do that price I just found out, we need another $600. After I was told final price. Doesn't final price mean final? So I left. Then he was rude texting me after I left to see if I was coming back. I said no, he continues to text me just being rude! It worked out for the best! I drove to Fred Beans KIA in Langhorne. Just to see if I could that same price or less! I paid less then kia on blvd 1st final offer. At Fred Beans the 2 men I dealt with were so nice, customer service driven. They were straight forward with me on prices and fees, Very respectfuland I got a better deal!! More

Trying to sell a car to this dealer. They will lie to you about your credit score, to get you to pay the amount they want you to pay! And of course all of the documentation they show you about your credit score, disappears extremely fast from to pay the amount they want you to pay! If you are an out of state buyer, for your own peace of mind please avoid this dealership. I bought my car almost 6 weeks ago. With my temp tags to expire in about 2 weeks. I called the MVA to verify if they had received any paper from them, they said they haven’t. I asked the sales manager about that and he said “we didn’t have the title, we mailed it out to our third party company (NYPLATEMAN) and they started the paper work process” I talked to Stephanie the title clerk at this dealership on 3/11/22 and she assured that the The company that does there out of state registration has and started my paper work. I tried to reach out to Stephanie, but she is not taking my calls, ignoring. After multiple calls and voicemails. I took matters in my own hand and contacted the company they claim that does there out of state paper work, NY plateman. I talked to rose, who handles the MD MVA paper work. She searched the vehicles VIN, my name, and nothing shows in there system regarding my car. She said the dealership is being dishonest. The staff here is very unprofessional, untruthful. After the purchase of the car your on your own. I will be posting screenshots of the conversations I had to back up my claims. If you are an OUT OF STATE buyer. PLEASE at all cost do not buy from this dealership unless you want the headache, the run around and poor customer service.i will be filing a claim with the BBB regarding this matter More
