I called the MVA to verify if they had received any paper from them, they said they haven’t. I asked the sales manager about that and he said “we didn’t have the title, we mailed it out to our third party company (NYPLATEMAN) and they started the paper work process” I talked to Stephanie the title clerk at this dealership on 3/11/22 and she assured that the The company that does there out of state registration has and started my paper work. I tried to reach out to Stephanie, but she is not taking my calls, ignoring. After multiple calls and voicemails. I took matters in my own hand and contacted the company they claim that does there out of state paper work, NY plateman. I talked to rose, who handles the MD MVA paper work. She searched the vehicles VIN, my name, and nothing shows in there system regarding my car. She said the dealership is being dishonest. The staff here is very unprofessional, untruthful. After the purchase of the car your on your own. I will be posting screenshots of the conversations I had to back up my claims. If you are an OUT OF STATE buyer. PLEASE at all cost do not buy from this dealership unless you want the headache, the run around and poor customer service.i will be filing a claim with the BBB regarding this matter More

Stay away from this place. My wife just had a baby and my mother in law has other health issues and both are afraid of COVID. They said that I can take the car for an hour and bring it back. I got there exactly at the premade appointment time. The guy that I made the appointment with (Doug) was with another customer. He assigned me to another guy (whose name I didn't catch) who promptly left me for a morning huddle with all the employees! Why can't they do a team meeting BEFORE they open the store? After he came back, he was just dragging his feet, eventually telling me that they are not going to let me take the car out for a test-drive! His boss "doesn't remember" clearing this, when I called in 5 days ago and Doug told me that "his boss cleared it"! Maybe they didn't think my skin color was trustworthy enough for an unchaperoned test-drive... or maybe my skin-color can't afford it! More
I purchased a Kia Optima Ex. After purchase and the salesperson received their commission. I had an appointment for 10 am. When I arrived to the maintenance dept. There was no one at the desk. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 43 minutes and no one came over to me to find out what I need assistance with. Well 3 employees walked by me as if I was invisible. Just departed this dealership had a check (Auto Draft) for $40,000 and $3,500 in cash. When I informed the sales person I was paying cash, the car price went up $5,000. Awful experience. On two separate visits I scheduled appointments, and had to wait an extended period of time on both visits because Heni (sales associate) was busy with other customers. After the first visit I said I’d like to think about the deal offered to me and the sales MANAGER shook my hand while saying “Thanks for wasting our time.” I ended up purchasing a vehicle after they apologized and offered me $500 extra for my trade in. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed when I picked it up however the exterior was filthy and the fluids not topped off. Wiper fluid just about empty. This was a very negative experience for me. I purchased a truck here because it was what I was looking for, but I think the sales staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. More
Service Department just plain SUCKS! This is the closest KIA service center for me to have my 2015 KIA serviced at and since they never, ever have a loaner car available it allows me to b This is the closest KIA service center for me to have my 2015 KIA serviced at and since they never, ever have a loaner car available it allows me to be able to at least walk home if the car has to be kept. Each and every time I go to have a specific problem checked out (Car is still under factory warranty) it is always a song and dance by the service team on why the repair will be delayed plus the 20 minute hard sales pitch on optional services they sell. Its just mind blowing that you can take the car to them with the check engine light on and the engine barely running and they cant find the reason why because somehow the "Code" is not coming up. Now to be fair if I had at least one good experience with the service department I could and would give them the benefit of doubt but they are batting a perfect 1000% always having a issue of some type during every visit. Well since I will be moving away from this area I can only hope the next service center I find has a clue on how to address my service issues and be able to treat all customers with the respect they deserve. While the car still has some value it just maybe time to cut my loses and go with another brand. More
