Neglectful Service and Sabotage Hello, On March 24, 2016 I took my 2009 KIA Sportage in for its 50,000 service and to have my tires rotated. After I picked it up I noticed that it Hello, On March 24, 2016 I took my 2009 KIA Sportage in for its 50,000 service and to have my tires rotated. After I picked it up I noticed that it was vibrating and it had not done so before. I thought maybe the tires had a wear spot and it would go away. I do not drive very many miles in a week and sometimes go for days without driving. On April 5, 2016 my Father called me and asked if I was missing a lug nut because he had found one in my driveway. When I checked my Sportage I did indeed have a lug nut missing. I called my Father and told him I was missing a lug nut and he said I should check my other lug nuts to make sure they were tight. My hand I checked each lug and as I did one fell out in my hand because it was about to come off. Dad said I should get the lug wrench out and make sure the others were tight. I proceeded and found several of my lug nuts were not tight. A man even came over to see if I needed help. It turned out that KIA did not properly tighten almost all my lug nuts. The man was extremely surprised to find so many lug nuts needed to be tightened and he tightened them with the lug wrench. He told me I should take my Sportage to a shop to have the lug nuts checked out and to ensure they were tightened properly. I called KIA and was disconnected 3 times. Finally on the fourth call I called the dealership number and told them I wanted to talk with a person and not a computer telling me to push blank for black. The Shuttle driver is who they directed my call to and I told him I wanted to speak with a shop supervisor. I was told they would not be back in until the next morning so I asked for whoever was in charge, I was put on hold for several minutes and then a mechanic came to the phone. I explained what had happened and the fact that I was livid that so little care was given to my vehicle and upset that the disregard could have caused me to wreck. He said he would pass on the message. On April 6, 2016 Katie Thompson the Service Manager called and I informed her as to what had transpired. I let her know that I had already not been pleased with the service I had received on March 24, 2016 because I had asked them to call me when my vehicle was ready but nobody did. Also when my Father dropped me off to pick up my vehicle a lady had told me I needed breaks when I clearly told the man if there were any problems found to call me. I told him to please call my cell phone when my Sportage was finished because my Father and I were going to get something to eat and he would drop me off after they let me know my Sportage was ready to be picked up. I also told him if he found any problems to call me because I prefer to have everything done at once. I did not receive a call that my Sportage was ready; I did not receive a call that my breaks should be replaced and they did not fill my window washer fluid. Mostly I was upset that KIA endangered my life and possibly others as well, had I been driving on the highway and had a tire come off. Katie apologized and offered to replace my breaks to try and make up for the bad service. I told her I did not know if I could trust KIA with my Sportage or more importantly my life. She assured me she was going to have her top mechanic do my breaks and to inspect my vehicle to make sure it was safe. I agreed and dropped my Sportage off on April 8, 2016. They did the breaks and apologized for the negative experience and bad service I had received. My Son took me back later that day to pick up my Sportage after I received a call it was ready. I could still feel a vibration as I drove my Sportage home. On April 10, 2016 (the next time I drove my Sportage) I started the Sportage and heard a noise that I have never heard before from any vehicle. At this point I am just frustrated and unhappy with KIA to say the least. I do not know what this noise is and I don’t know what KIA has done to my Sportage. We have purchased 5 KIAs from KIA of Clarksville so it is very disturbing to say the least to receive this type of treatment. Patricia L. Stone More
I left disrespected and disapointed My last two cars were purchased through KIA and they have 0 customer loyalty. They were unable to honor ANY of the deals they advertise or that I had My last two cars were purchased through KIA and they have 0 customer loyalty. They were unable to honor ANY of the deals they advertise or that I had previously arranged with their online sales rep. My sales person Jay Lyons was completely disrespectful. He has no business in sales. The manager tried to diffuse the situation but the dealership was unable to accommodate ANY of my wants or needs within a reasonable price. I am now driving a brand new TOYOTA from Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville and was able to get a GREAT deal. They treated me with respect and were willing to work with me. I will NEVER buy from Kia again and will tell all my friends and family about the lack of respect , and false advertisement at the Clarksville Kia. More
Great Experience ( Jacob ) was Awesome I have had 2 Kia"s in my lifetime an Optima , Spectrum 5 and my new 2015 Soul. I had my Spectra for 10 years and put about 3 k in it over 10 years. So I have had 2 Kia"s in my lifetime an Optima , Spectrum 5 and my new 2015 Soul. I had my Spectra for 10 years and put about 3 k in it over 10 years. So it needed service Pat ( GM ) and I sat down and discussed putting more money into a 10 yr old car or the value of a new one. I worked with Jacob on the deal and it was another great experience as usual from Kia of Clarksville also a shout out to The Service Dept. ( why buy a Kia any where else ) More

Love my new KIA Soul Donna, Sydney and Jeff were amazing to work with. My parents and other family members have always raved about the level of service they receive from Donna, Sydney and Jeff were amazing to work with. My parents and other family members have always raved about the level of service they receive from this dealership. I can honestly say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever encountered (and I have purchased probably 10 new vehicles). This is a very busy dealership, but I never felt like I was being rushed or not being paid the attention that a car buyer deserves. I was very hesitant about trading in my much-loved mini cooper, but they offered me a deal that I couldn't pass up. These folks are top notch professionals and dedicated to the KIA brand. Sydney even gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions about my new Soul over the weekend (I bought on a Saturday). There are several other KIA dealerships that were closer in proximity to where I live, I am so glad I chose KIA of Clarksville, Indiana. Thanks guys! More
Clarksville IN Kia Store for new Forte Koup. New Kia price had an advertised $4000 TV and "on the windshield" discount ..BUT it also had a $3000 addendum price "Add-On" next to the original price sticke price had an advertised $4000 TV and "on the windshield" discount ..BUT it also had a $3000 addendum price "Add-On" next to the original price sticker?? What a scam!! It was supposedly the cost for Nitrogen in the tires and some security system added on?? Their best price was $500 overtop the invoice, even with the $1000 rebate. The invoice had some ridiculous $400 dealer document charge add on!! Then to make it worse the best credit I could get was 12.5% for my nephew. He had a 616 score and mine was 796 with me co-signing. The lady Genl manager helped me out with her giving me an extra 1 percent discount..from her precious coupons she had been saving?? Charge Cards have better interest rates!! I WALKED!! They can keep their cars and look at them! Waste of time!! More

Not literally, I actually just went online, but with The Kia Store Clarksville IN, it is pretty much the same thing. They have all their inventory online, and each vehicle was accompanied by price, and expected payments. It really does make car buying a lot less stressful, and a lot more research driven. Every time I came across a used car I liked on their website, I would do a quick google search and see what I could find out about the vehicle. I spent countless hours on a lot of different Clarksville used cars lots and the time I spent on http://kiastoreclarksville.com was defiantly the most efficient use of my time. It also helped that they had the best selection of new and used cars Clarksville In offers. I had a couple vehicles I wanted to look at when I finally got to the dealership. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the service I got when I was their. We looked at all the cars and that I was looking at on the internet. Same prices and payments were on the windsheilds of the vehicles, no tricky stuff. I ended up going with a Demo 2010 Kia Optima, I feel I got a great deal, and I know I had great service. More
