Vehicle 50,000 mile maintenance/engine recall check My experience was great from the time I walked in the door to drop off my vehicle, my ride in the shuttle to and from work to pick up my vehicle. She checked me in, called me to give me a report on repairs needed and then checked me out when I picked up my car. She was more than friendly, courteous, etc. The shuttle driver, unfortunately I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was the greatest...calm, patient and friendly driver. More

Could not have been treated any nicer. And of course I had a problem.I used a coupon. My one and only complaint was the coupon I used. It was misleading or I did not catch all details in the fine print. I understand $19.95 for a oil change is a way to get the customer in the door, it worked. BUT AFTER ALL THE ADDONS IT WAS MORE LIKE $25.00. I could afford it. Still PLEASE highlight the$ 19.95 but in smaller print directly under it spell out shop cost, oil removal etc and then the real price. It would avoid some confusion. THIS IS WHERE SHE TAMMY SHINED THE BRIGHTEST. Her explanation was clear, and courteous done well enough that I will return with or without a coupon. She did not speak down to me like I was 93.That is what I normally get do to age and slight hearing loss. Over all TAMMY is the reason I will return. Fact, If i was in the market for a new car I would go and retrieve her advise. Great customer IS what will maintain and increase your business. Thank You More
