Kia East by far has been the worst experience I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. I went so far in purchasing vehicle with my bank overnighting the check to purchase 2022 Telluride. I get to the dealership the vehicle had not been detailed, they had taken the window tint off of vehicle without any communication with me. After asking numerous times if the vehicle was still covered under the 100k warranty and was told “YES” the 100k warranty was transferable by not only the salesman but also by the store manager. While signing paper work with the finance guy he then states the 100k warranty was voided when they took $500 off the sticker price which was already 4K over the MSRP. I get up and tell them we do not have a deal they suggest I pay $495 for the extended warranty. Needless to say I walked out and the bank canceled my check. They did nothing but lie over and over. So disappointed. We reached out to this dealership as they had a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek Limited we were interested in. Spencer called us and was incredibly unprofessional in introducing himself. We asked simple questions and his response was so cavalier, including laughing-crying emoticons in his texts. My wife looked up reviews and found Rob Mac, so she proceeded to contact him to set up a time to test drive the vehicle. He was kind and courteous, to his credit. We arrived at the dealership early afternoon. After test driving the car we decided to move forward with financing. This process took several hours and when we reached a deal and were ready to shake hands and sign the bottom line, we were told the vehicle had been sold the night before. HOW does this happen? How are there no measures in place to avoid this? Erin came over to issue an apology which was so manufactured it was laughable. She was actually angered at the fact we were frustrated, as if we were suppose to just react like it was no big deal after sitting in a hot showroom with two kids under age 6. Unreal. She stormed off after sarcastically receiving our feedback. Listen, I've worked with many dealerships and never been this annoyed. Classifying a car as SOLD should be Car Sales 101. This should not happen. Mistakes happen, I get it, but it's not like we showed up and they caught the mistake right away...we spent HOURS there working on this deal and at the absolute last minute we are told a deposit had been put down the night before. If you can find a vehicle you want elsewhere, I would encourage you to do so and if you do have to work with Kia East I hope you don't have to meet Erin. More
I have had a Kia for a while and have never experiences the problems I have this month. They use a call center for the service department. Who gives me a date and time, but never registered with the deal the problems I have this month. They use a call center for the service department. Who gives me a date and time, but never registered with the dealer. I called on at least 3 occasions to confirm what my extended warranty covered. Only to find out after dropping off my car. NOTHING, of the scratch and dent program was covered. Even though the scratches were made by a shopping cart or another car door in a parking lot. Customer service was awful. Everyone assumed I was wrong about everything. They were rude and disrespectful because I brought it to their attention. I am looking for a new car, but it won't be here! More

If you want to deal with an incompetent dealership, service department and unethical company kia East is right for you. I had an issue with my vehicle got it towed to the service department and was tol service department and unethical company kia East is right for you. I had an issue with my vehicle got it towed to the service department and was told everything was ok. I asked multiple times if there was anything with breaks- they replied no you’re good and safe to drive. 2 weeks later the car is inoperable due to a faulty ABS system that is a known issue but the cmpy has discontinued making parts. I have 2 reports from two different mechanics stating bad brakes and abs system. They put my family in danger driving in a car w bad breaks due to their negligence. I will never be doing business w kia again. It is both disturbing and repugnant business practice. Spend a little more and deal w a cmpy that doesn’t make cars you can steal w a USB drive and mechanics that know what they are doing. Talking to management was as ineffective and useless as their service department. Considering legal, but it’s not worth my time and I want to be done w this cmpy. However, I did want to warn others of the type of business this dealership practice on all social media platforms. More

He and is management team worked to get us the payment arrangement we wanted on the exact type of vehicle she wanted. A big thank you goes out to KIA Store east.
