Took three weeks to arrive and didn't fit and must be reordered. Regardless, Anna at the service center checked out my car thoroughly for the recall, and also found worn-out brakes. She was pleasant and efficient and got me in same day to get the new key once it arrived. She also got me a Kia preferred customer points reward card at checkout. Kia store is fast and friendly, but the lost key replacement experience is slow and costly. George More

They diagnose problems and fix them in a very timely manner. While I am waiting in the very comfortable lounge, I an have a cup of coffee or tea, a soft drink an some very delicious snacks made especially for KIA East by Najla, a very well-known baker in Louisville. They also have a popcorn maker with fresh popcorn all day. I always feel good abut having my car serviced at KIA East.. More
