After reading more reviews concerning the Alhambra Kia service center it’s clear no one down there cares at all about bad reviews or complaints. Every response is a cut and paste of the last one. All for public display but not an actual solution. Almost all the complaints name the same jerk (Gustavo)I had to deal with and some are years old. If you call, no one answers, if they answer, you get put on hold and no one ever picks up. So please, enough of the lies and useless replies, and fire Gustavo already.

Not sure what more you want to know. In any event there were more issues that I didn't bring up such as the Uber ride I was told would happen that never did in spite of me having to call the main number five times before I gave up. The girl that answered the main number said she is unable to contact service directly to find out what was going on so I just told her to forget it.
