This dealership is horrible. They do their salesmanship pitch and act so customer focused when they are selling you a car, but they are not for the customer. They are quick to up-sell you everything from gap insurance to an extended warranty plan but have every excuse when you take your car and tell them the warranty contract covers bumper to bumper. Without seeing our car, the service person said the issues at hand may not be covered and we would have to pay $230 separate diagnostic fee for each issue we identified and there are three issues: power seats not moving forward or back, AC not working at times unless I restart the vehicle, and my computer monitor went completely black one day last week as I was driving. We paid $2499 for extended warranty, bought the car here, have brought it in for service here, purchased tires here, brakes, etc. I was over-charged for an oil change at $150 on 3/15/24. When the vehicle was a couple months old, the battery died, and the dealer was quick to want to sell us a new battery - Batteries are covered for 36 months. They also wanted to sell us brakes at a couple months old which of course we didn't get because we didn't need them. These people are the worse. Consumers beware. More

When I got there I asked the man about the estimate and he ignored me. Then he said it wasn't him. I asked my wife again and she pointed the same man out and said yes that's him. I asked him again and he said he never checked our car in and I pointed at our car in their service area and said yes you did it's there. He snapped at me rudely and tried walking off. I followed him and asked since you're not being honest with me who can I speak to and he began calling for what I assume was his supervisor. I believe his name was Alberto. When I told him we just want the regular service he said ok and we left. When we came back for our car I tried asking Alberto why my wife wasn't given an option on the service packages and just told that estimate was over $600. He lied as well and said he did. There would be no reason my wife would be lying. I was heading down there behind her to pick her up as we dropped the car off to begin with. She called me as I'm coming around the corner to tell me they were trying to charge $600 for the car. Anyway I tried asking this Alberto and he just brushed me off and kept saying no no no. And when I told him about the rude employee he did the same thing, just laughed it off and ushered me out of his office. More
I was treated horrible, was given a quote on the work and it was not true. I purchased a 2017 kia .and because i never did a oil change with kia i used my mechanic they denied me help and discounts with my 3 it was not true. They judge me over it. and at the end told me i needed a new engine my new bill was 12000 for a new engine. I had to pick up my car and take it to get worked on somewhere else. If you go to them for service and oil changes they help you. they treat you kindly ad fix your car.. I'm sorry for going to get my oil change at a mechanic that charges me 60$ verses paying 100$ at kia. It's been the worse stressful experience. More
Wasted a full day for them to not fix my issue. Took me 30 minutes to just get a service person to check me in even though I had an appointment. Suggest I might want to take a picture of the the problem to document it - seriously? Apparently a picture would be more helpful than my representation of the problem. So insulting on top or a waste of time on top of major aggravation. Pretty much the trice took of terrible service. More
Consumer beware! Incompetent Service department. Took my car for a new part to be changed and payed for several services only to find out 2 years later that it was ne Incompetent Service department. When claimed it was denied and after 2 weeks of having my car with them turns out motor no longer works and mileage is blamed. Car went into service running and now it's completely dead. I'm left without a car and they don't even return my calls. No explanations by anyone and Service Management avoids my calls. Don't make the same mistake and avoid this dealership at all costs. Their goal is to rip off their customers and take advantage. BEWARE. Learn from my mistake. KIA of Alhambra is shameless and a fraudulent. More

Gustavo is a straight up liar, is incredibly condescending, he even displays a book on his desk called “The Subtle Art of Not Giving A xxxx” only he’s not at all subtle about it. More

I bought my 2016 Kia Soul and all kinds of accessories for it. I installed all the accessories myself except for the spoiler because its requires for a hole to be drilled. I couldn't do it so I brought my for it. I installed all the accessories myself except for the spoiler because its requires for a hole to be drilled. I couldn't do it so I brought my car to the dealer for the spoiler installation. A few years later, I found out that the spoiler was detached on the passenger side so I called the dealer and spoke to Alberto from the service department. He told me I should have brought the car to the autobody shop instead of calling the dealer. He also mentioned that I gave him stress. He was very rude but I wanted the dealer to take responsibility to fix the problem. He scheduled me in and told me to leave the car there for two days. So I did but when I got the car back, he claimed that he put the screw on the detached part in and billed me nearly $400 for a single screw. I refused to pay but in the end he still made me pay $190. He also mentioned that what happened to me was not his fault and that Kia has no liability on what they did. Every time I call and speak to someone for something they didn't do correctly I have to pay for an additional charge? I want to discuss this matter with the service manager whose name is showed on the receipt, so I called and the phone was never answered. I left a messaged and never received a call back. Also when I was discussing the matter with Alberto for overcharging me, one of the Kia employees heard the conversation and think that what he did was not right, so that person gave me the general manager's name and phone number. I contacted the general manager and the phone was never answered. I left a message and never received a call back. I felt like I was scammed at the first time and now I got ripped off by the service department. At the same time I want to mention that every time I do a service and come back, I see scratches on my car on top of the roof and hood. I believe they put things on top of the car and drag items off when they need them. More
The Service Dept was very good in dealing with my maintenance with full explaination and friendly services, works done correctly and meet more than my expectations. Service Rep.
