After reading more reviews concerning the Alhambra Kia service center it’s clear no one down there cares at all about bad reviews or complaints. Every response is a cut and paste of the last one. All for public display but not an actual solution. Almost all the complaints name the same jerk (Gustavo)I had to deal with and some are years old. If you call, no one answers, if they answer, you get put on hold and no one ever picks up. So please, enough of the lies and useless replies, and fire Gustavo already.

I believe the dealer should contact me instead because firstly, I don’t know where to contact or who to talk to and I do not want to receive the same experience as when I tried to contact them in the first place since no one called back.
