"Very Upset!"

I spoke to Kia Last Saturday early when my car would not start- they suggested the battery might be bad. I got my car jumped off and took it to O'Reileys auto parts due to the fact Kia said they could not look at it because they were so busy. This morning i cranked my car to warm- it went off and the headlights started flashing. I took keys out but lights kept flashing. I had to unhook battery to get it to stop flashing. I then jumped the car off - but all lights were dim and i could not get the car in gear. There is no warning lights on the dash whatsoever. I contacted Kia about the problem- they are telling me they are so busy to bring it in on the 17th.... Really???? 9 days to check out a problem when i am still covered under warranty???? ...i was put on hold waiting to speak to service manager for five minutes and then someone picked up and hung up on me.

Had our 30 thousand mile checkup on our 2016 Sorento, love this car and love the service department, Kathy is always so nice to us as well as the other service people. Someone always coming by checking on us to see if we need anything while we are waiting, they always go over everything with us. Always a pleasant experience. We love our Kia, gets great gas mileage, just took a six week trip and got over 34 miles per gallon even in the mountains. We have owned several Lincoln SUV's, and this car is just as comfortable and gets much better mileage, and handles so well. We know when we get ready to trade again, I am sure it will be a Kia.

"Horrible experience"

I went to Kia of Auburn service center to ask a question about replacing a part on my current car. Afterwards I planned on touring their inventory and possibly buying a new 2017 Kia Sorento. However, when I walked into the service center there were three employees at the desks. One was helping another customer. The other two absolutely acted like I didn't even exist. Never said Hello. Never made eye contact. Much less ask me what I needed help with. I stood just feet in front of them while one spun in his chair like a kindergartener and the other played on his phone. Absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable.

Our first service experience at Kia of Auburn for a son's vehicle was not a stellar one. The service manager talked down to us as if we did not have any business asking him questions about the repairs recommended.

"NO SHUTTLE ARRIVED"

My son took his Kia Soul to Kia of Auburn for warranty work. When they called and told him that his car was ready they told him that they would send the shuttle to pick him up. That was at 3:45 this afternoon and he was never picked up. My son is a college student at Auburn who will need his car tomorrow to attend a class off campus. I am appalled that they did not pick him up nor did they call him back to let him know. This is our first time to use Kia of Auburn and it may be our last. Not impressed!!!!
