I bought the car two years ago and KIA has serviced it the whole time, I go to retrieve the lugbolt key to have my tires rotated and it isn't in my vehicle. It's hasn't been in there since day one. The dealership said they check off everything and sign off on it saying it was there. I didn't receive that list at the time of purchase. So I had to buy a new key to the tune of $40.00. The general manager, Mr Vaughn said he didn't care if he lost a customer. My suggestion was for the sales rep to verify the ideas in the car before its sold. He didn't care what I had too say. At least I figured out this before I really need the key. More

Horrible notorious and everyone is a lier sold me a 2023 kia forte. I can't afford the car and he knew I couldn't afford it. There solutions is to forfeit the car and it repo and still have that 30000 ,,pa kia forte. I can't afford the car and he knew I couldn't afford it.
