One of the best and easiest purchases of a vehicle I ever made. The sales department was great, completing the paperwork was super quick, the salesman helped get apps loaded on our phones. Usually I dread the whole car buying experience, but this was easy and hassle free - no haggling and no pressure from sales and the financing gig didn't take more than five minutes. Not having new cars on the lot to choose from has made the auto acquisition process (from any dealer) a challenge. Had to wait three weeks for first available appointment with NO A/C in a new EV6 - Drove an hour to the dealership on my day of appointment for them to tell me they couldn't look at the car the day of my with NO A/C in a new EV6 - Drove an hour to the dealership on my day of appointment for them to tell me they couldn't look at the car the day of my appointment, and suggested I reschedule for 5 days later when they would have more time - This dealership has zero respect for your time, and is a poor representation for Kia. I ended up taking my car to the Kia dealer in Cincy and they had it fixed in about an hour. More
