The sales team was awesome, though it took a lot longer than previous purchases to complete. The finance lady was a pain, overly direct, we had an issue with the sales numbers not matching her numbers, whe than previous purchases to complete. The finance lady was a pain, overly direct, we had an issue with the sales numbers not matching her numbers, when asked if she would correct the numbers to match what we were given by the sales team, she flat out refused, her reasoning? everyone makes mistakes we are only human & it was the tone she used. She then stated, you don't have to buy the car, so we left with our down payment in hand. next day the sales tea tried to get the sale back after I had mentioned the insurance was out of site thanks to the KIA Boys on You Tube, they discounted the car some more & we made. deal, but had to deal with the finance lady yet again. She needs to not be in a customer facing position, as she is fake & not real, its all an act that she puts on in my opinion. other than her the experience was good, but could have bee is she was not so rude and genuinely cared about the customers.
