Timely and professional I am satisfied with the Kia dealership but I do have one suggestion. It would be so nice if upon arriving for service customers would be met and gree I am satisfied with the Kia dealership but I do have one suggestion. It would be so nice if upon arriving for service customers would be met and greeted immediately, while still in their cars, by service personnel who could begin the check process right away. (This could be done by your younger workers.) I did not like that while I sat in my car inside the service area, a couple of service people passed me by and did not even acknowledge my presence. After my service advisor James took over my experience improved greatly. He personally fixed a couple of glitches I was experiencing with the car. He explained the whole service process to me and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. More

The young lady who processed the paperwork was also patient and efficient.
