Spot Delivery Scam I recently went to Kia of Bedford to purchase a car. I put down $1,500 and was told I was approved for a 2017 Kia Forte. I paid a car note to Kia (not I recently went to Kia of Bedford to purchase a car. I put down $1,500 and was told I was approved for a 2017 Kia Forte. I paid a car note to Kia (not the bank) and in April I wa told the bank denied my loan and I had to immediately return the car. Humiliated and confused I returned the car. They put me in a 2012 Dodge Journey and required me to put down an extra $500. When I asked if I could get my money back for the car note I was told no, the bank would not allow it, but I never paid the bank I paid Kia. After one week of having the Dodge Journey it began having extreme mechanical issues. I took it to Kia they kept for a couple of hours and told me to come get it because they fixed all issues. When I asked for the paperwork they said they mailed their only copy to me (still haven't received it). I asked to speak with the general manager multiple times and each time they gave me a different person. I still haven't received my money and I'm left with nothing. It may not matter to some but I have a child, I saved that money and I trusted Kia. This has been confusing, humiliating, and troubling. I just want answers, I have been taken advantage of and I truly believe other people, especially women and new buyers should be aware of this issue. After much research I found that Kia of Bedford is known for many awful things and should he exposed of it. They lied to the bank saying I put down $4,500 and that I made much more than I told them. When the bank figured that out it ultimately led to them denying the loan. It's not fair to me, I told them my information and for them to alter it to get a sale hurts me in the long run. My hopes is that eventually something is done and it doesn't happen to anymore people. More

Any questions I could answer for you before you stop in?". I did just that and they sent some new guy out with the keys. I test drive the car, return and sales manager said do you want this car? A guy from michigan drove here for the car. I said yes I want it. They said ok come inside. I think I'm buying the car. They do not take deposits so first come gets the car. I'm obviously first. The guy from Michigan acts like a jerk yelling at them and they come to me in the sales office and say sorry we are selling to him because he has a certified check. I have a check and or I tell them my PNC bank is around the corner if they prefer certified. Mike Hall said sorry we are selling to him. I asked first come first serve? He said yes but they made out a certified check. Then why was it available to test drive? Really really bad place. Do not buy from these idiots. never been involved in a situation like this ever. Bad people who do not stand by there own rules. Buyer be ware. They would stab you in the back also. Buy it else where. More
