The next day went back into the dealership with the title to our trade in. Our salesman was out and we had some questions on how to work the options on the vehicle. Another finance specialist Trevor Rainy offered to come out to show us what to do. He was extremely helpful, explained everything and answered all our questions. He went out of his way to help us operate the vehicle and wasn't involved in the transaction. More
