The worst service. Brought car in for first free oil change. Waited 2 hours went to check on it, still in rack. I had an appointment and here over 2 hours for an oil change. Worse experience I went to check for a vehicle and got lie of a great deal blah blah. They only took advantage of me been a female easy target to get her a loan. The finance was rushing me signing the documents and supposedly helping me have the best coverage. I thought it was already included Gap insurance. Once I got home read the contract and found out no. I been calling them for a month and never get a call back from Frankie. Worse service. Please read you contracts. Don’t let them fool you... worse service ever. More

Liars I went to Kia after hearing everything on the radio about no matter what you owe, we give up to $8000 , bring us your trade in. Bologna!
