It's unfortunate that you declined letting us properly diagnose your transmission repair issue but instead decided to go to another repair shop. We are obviously not responsible for the money you spent having repairs done at the other repair shop. We merely read the codes that the vehicle presented at the time and told you what they said at no charge. Had you decided to repair it here one of our for a Factory Trained Certified Technicians would have worked through a professional diagnostic process and repaired your vehicle using quality parts in a state-of-the-art Dealership. The other shop looked at your vehicle, made a recommendation, and you paid them for work that did not correct your issue. We would suggest you request a refund from the repair shop that you paid to fix your transmission issue who apparently didn't. If they are reputable, they should be willing to stand by their diagnosis and repair. We would if we had done the work. All I know is that I did not have a transmission issue before I had my car serviced by your shop. Whatever caused the transmission problem is known by God. I trust He will resolve this matter according to His Will and according to His Purpose. To God be the glory.
