Earl sold me a 2025 Telluride at Kia of Bowie and is an exceptioal salesman. Horrendous customer service. This dealership kept my car sitting for almost a month. No one working on it. No communication to me about what was happening. When I called, I was l This dealership kept my car sitting for almost a month. No one working on it. No communication to me about what was happening. When I called, I was left on hold for over an hour, with no response. Every. Single. Time. Yet, when I visited the dealership there was always someone sitting at the desk. So who knows why my calls were never answered. I was lied to multiple times and given nothing to compensate my experience. The dealership also had no loaners for WEEKS so I had to pay over $1500 in rental fees to accommodate their inefficiency and lack of urgency. Absolutely awful experience. More
