Took my vehicle for a front brake service. Lauryn, my service advisor was very attentive and informed me of the process and mechanic recommendations. Even offered a ride to my home in Annapoli Lauryn, my service advisor was very attentive and informed me of the process and mechanic recommendations. Even offered a ride to my home in Annapolis instead of having to wait. The only issue that I have is the discrepancy on the price listed for this service when I made the appointment on line, $299, and the price initially quoted on the phone and charged, $347. Not related to my visit but to the Kia of Bowie title above it should be “Se habla español” More
The worse Kia Dealership for service I have been to and I have been to numerous dealers in different states. Check in, didn't get get my info except what I had in putted online. No estimate of services given. When I returned to pick up my car 3 people were at the counter, one on the phone the other looking at her phone and one sitting doing nothing. I went to the one woman doing nothing. She told me to talk to my service advisor who was that, no idea so I went to the woman play with her phone. She told me, "No, I'm not your service advisor" I shrugged my shoulders, I dont know. The first woman said it's him,pointed to the man on the phone. I went and sat down and waited, he finally came over and spoke with me. The price was not close to what it said on the internet. He kept making excuses. I paid and didn't to deal with them anymore. I saw that the people there acted as if they didn't want to be there or work. It was the worse experience I have had with a Kia Dealership. I suggested to take your business else where. They could not even remove the plastic from the seat or the number from the rear view mirror. They act as if I owed them something for taking my buisness there. Are they lazy, dont care or dont want buisness? More
