It was New Years Eve I only came that day because of the persistent of the sales person I talk to. They rushed me. Mr ward Was very pleasant and easy to work with. He understood my dilemma. After extensive research on a Mid-Size SUV I decided on a Kia Telluride SType AWD. Upon my arrival, I was met by salesperson Earl Ward. It was immediately apparent he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I de Kia Telluride SType AWD. Upon my arrival, I was met by salesperson Earl Ward. It was immediately apparent he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I desired. I placed an order on a Sangria colored Telluride. When the vehicle arrived approximately 60 days later, I decided I wanted a different color (Dark Moss). Mr. Ward without hesitation stated he understood. However, since I had ordered a vehicle and did not take delivery, I would have to wait for this particular color vehicle to arrive and place a deposit on it once it arrived to ensure it would not be sold to anyone else. Approximately six weeks later the color vehicle I desired arrived during closing hours. Mr Ward called me to advise me of such as he was leaving the dealership. I stated I had to work the following day and could not arrive until approximately 5:30-6:00 PM. Mr. Ward, stated he would respond to my place of employment the following day to pick up a check to ensure the vehicle could not be sold to anyone else in which he did. After leaving work I responded to the dealership and observed the Dark Moss Telluride with my desired vehicle options. Mr. Ward went well beyond my expectation never getting frustrated with me changing my mind on what I wanted. Additionally, Richard the General Manager is a pleasure to work with. Earl was not only friendly and very polite taking his time to show and explain in great details all of the vehicles I looked at. His Manager, Steven Hurline worked hard at getting the deal done and I was able to drive away in my new Kia. These guys are amazing and did not pressure or rush me and making a decision on the car I wanted. My overall experience with Kia of Bowie was amazing and I definitely will come back for my next new vehicle More

Worst customer service and shady dealing. Terrible service. Went in to lease a vehicle and was told it would be in in 3-6 days. That turned into two weeks. When they finally called to say it was in, I drove all the way in from DC to pick it up, they gave me the key to sit in the vehicle, and when I went back in to sign the papers, another couple was seen getting in the same car and driving away! The GM told me "first come, first served" and they were here first so it was no longer ours. How on Earth can a business operate that way??? Shady dealers - stay far away!!! More

they do not respect appointment times! They do not respect appointment times. We booked an appointment and were told that it will take about 1h to get the recall items fixed on our Kia. We They do not respect appointment times. We booked an appointment and were told that it will take about 1h to get the recall items fixed on our Kia. We get to the dealership before our appointment time and they let us know it will be 3h to fix the issue because they have other clients in front of us (without an appointment). Assistant Manager thinks it is business as usual that you add 15-20 minutes for every appointment and get delayed without letting the people with an actual appointment know that they will be sitting at the dealership for many more hours than anticipated (on a work day). Very disappointed and will never go back there for a new car nor for maintenance / recall appointments. More
An experience above all other Dealerships! I have taken my time looking around and after numerous searching decided upon purchasing a Honda Pilot or KIA Sorento. Came very close to buying the P I have taken my time looking around and after numerous searching decided upon purchasing a Honda Pilot or KIA Sorento. Came very close to buying the Pilot. I had a lot of pressure from the Honda salespersons. Then I spoke with Earl Ward of KIA of Bowie. What a Huge difference! He did not pressure, was willing to discuss the differences between the two vehicles. Sure he bragged about the greater advantages of the Sorento. Then he backed it up, going over and explaining every in greater detail than any of the Honda salespeople. The Sorento SX is a much greater SUV than the Pilot and far more than I was looking for! I gave him very tough expectations and he worked hard for me with KIA management until he found me an even better DEAL than I had expected. Both my wife and I are very, very happy with our new Sorento SX and the ease of assistance maintenance at the dealership. Thank you, Earl!, You've has definitely earned our continued business! More
