The finance manager Jason was nice... we already knew ahead of time that we didn't want an extended warranty but we still had to sit through the talk... he didn't make it too bad though and after he was done doing his job and making sure we understood everything he shared some really cool Navy stories (he and I are both Vets) ... overall the experience was great and I would buy from these 3 men again in the future.
