READ READ READ BEFORE PURCHASE I am not one to give good or bad reviews because im lazy and I hate for people to base their decisions on reviews because everyone should go with thei I am not one to give good or bad reviews because im lazy and I hate for people to base their decisions on reviews because everyone should go with their gut feeling and we don't all get our cars sold from the same sales rep. Roy was my sales rep and he offered great customer service, but just like most sales reps he lied to get paid and close the deal. My Burgundy Kia Sorento 2012 is from up north- everything under the car is corroded and rusted. Two weeks after I bought the car my husband went back to pay off my deposit and take the car in for service because the breaks sounded pretty bad (mind you this was two weeks after our purchase). Since we had the money in our hand (ball in in our court) while the breaks were getting checked they gave us a rental car for free to use for the weekend. Great service when you owe money LOL a few weeks later we come back because the radiator hose was broken and the tank had NO FLUID and I realized because my car was heating up real bad... should this have not been something to check prior to putting the car up for sale?? We obviously sent the car back in and now since we did not owe any money the service was different they even seemed annoyed by us. Crazy, huh? After that incident, our turning wheel would get tight every time it got wet with rain or a puddle-- I almost had a n accident while I made a right turn on 82 because the belt was worn out and my turning wheel locked... thankfully nothing happened but once again we had to take it in and pay over $160 to get that fixed... LOL Now not even 5 Months with this car and look at all that has happened it ridiculous!! and to top it off the last thing that just happened is that my breaks now are sounding worse than the first two times so we get them checked and come to realize, the service at the dealer only changed the passenger side and left the old rusted worn out brake pad on the drivers side and keep rubbing on the disk and now we have toto change the disk of the car too (hurray) and it gets better... when we were walking out of auto zone with the new beaks we bought to change out we notice this green fluid under the car... it was the radiator fluid, the hose popped out since the clamps were so old and rusted it broke and the hose came out... once again we have to go in buy clamps and fluid and more money down the drain.. this is all we have been through in the past 5 months that we've had this car too bad I CAN'T do more than give you guys an honest review and fix my car LOL Hope this helps, good luck More

Best car buying experience ever thanks to Jeffrey I went to the Kia dealership in Cape Coral I met a sale person name Jeffrey I told him what I was looking for in a car what I could afford to put down I went to the Kia dealership in Cape Coral I met a sale person name Jeffrey I told him what I was looking for in a car what I could afford to put down and what I needed my payments to be. He went above and beyond to make it happen never once did he try and up sale me. I'm 58yrs old and I have bought many cars in my life so I know how it works. My experience at the dealership and with Jeffrey was amazing it was a pleasure doing business with them. Don't hesitate to see Jeffrey for your next car or SUV purchase. Overpriced mark up vehicles I went to purchase a 2020 Telluride and discovered the vehicle had been marked up 6,000 from all the other local dealerships.Which was never disclosed I went to purchase a 2020 Telluride and discovered the vehicle had been marked up 6,000 from all the other local dealerships.Which was never disclosed on the window sticker . I went with a valid offer from carmax to purchase my vehicle and Fuccillio tried to offer me $2000.00 less. They also agreed to sell me the vehicle at one price but when I went to the finace manger to sign the contract the numbers was changed. I refused to sign and left to sell my car to carmax and purchase my 2020 telluride ( Galeana Kia), for $6000.00 cheaper than Fuccillio. The money I saved, I can buy 10 cruises. Buyers be aware high prices and phony paperwork. Also they was trying to sell me an extended warranty for $2495.00 and I bought the same warranty for $1595.00, at Galeanna Kia.....Don't be fool... New car was USED! Horrible from the get go! I called and asked if they had exactly what i was looking for and i was told YES, nine exact models! I confirmed and drove u Horrible from the get go! However, I was told the vehicle could be "ordered". One was located in GA, so we began the haggling. (My credit was pre-approved so no need to do credit check) But, ironically the car was sold during the negotiaton BUT another one was found in a different color. I asked them what the color Black Cherry looked like and he showed me a Telluride with the same color. It was really pretty, so I agreed. After almost 6 hours of back and forth, they bring me the "application" with the numbers to sign and turns out they wrote down LESS for my trade in than what was offered! Another 30 minutes later, I was told my car would be here in a day or two. It was here the next day, BUT it needed to be detailed so i had to wait til the following day. (today). I went to pick it up, and it was NOT the color of the Telluride as i was told, it was black. The Telluride, turns out, is Sangria NOT Black Cherry. The next thing I see are nasty smudge marks all over the car. I get in and the interior is scuffed and the NEW vehicle I'm so excited about has almost 250 miles on it. It was driven from wherever it came from. When i inquired about the mileage, i was told "most new vehicles have between 20 and 40 miles" WHAT?? So, I get out out walk around the car and there is large, deep scratch on the back!! I was told it could be buffed out. The back fender covers were scuffed and scratched, but no one was there today to take care of the blemishes? I honestly have no idea HOW they did not see this during the DETAILING! So, now I'm there another hour and a half with cash in hand and being told that i needed to come back AGAIN! NO WAY! I was offered NOTHING to make it right except that i could have a dealer tag on the car and take it home today and bring it back tomorrow! I'm sorry, but I'm not spending 27000 on a new car that has scuffs and a big scratch AND is NOT the color I was told it would be and I certainly dont want to show it off like that! I took my trade in and my cash and will look elsewhere. Sad, because I bought my last car from them and will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE EVER again More
