Tj cares more about selling a vehicle than helping the new owner get what they are looking for. While going over the contract I was told the licensing fee would be added so I wouldn't have to pay for it till next year. After a few months we recieved a bill from DMV charging us the fee again. When we reached out to the salesman he said we were to pay the fee. After reviewing the contract, I saw the charge was there so we called back and spoke to management who then said it was included and that we should have recieved a check to pay it. We never did and when trying to follow up it seems as if they are avoiding speaking to us because everytime we call we get hung up on. Essentially we are getting overcharged and having to pay the licensing fee twice. More
