One week ago, my friend and I walked onto the lot and met with Joey Martin in sales. We spent time talking about cars and I test-drove the Niro. (We had been to 2 other dealerships, but we liked him, and Kia of Carson was the only dealership with the color and package I wanted). We returned yesterday and I drove a car home, however not in the color I, originally wanted. The color decision took a considerable amount of time... talked about, Facetime with my sister showing her the colors - all the while Joey exercised INCREDIBLE patience. And when I write it took time, I'm not exaggerating. The color decision was finally made... we went into "the room" with Joey and he made the deal, painless. He didn't try to up-sell, he listened, was kind, and was a true professional.
