I called Tino Hurtado and setup an appt, gave him my budget, told him what I wanted and when I got to to the dealership he showed me everything in my range. I appreciated being listened to and felt no pressure, I did ask to see new models but chose a Kia Optima. Perfect car for me and had all the perks I wanted, worked on the payment with me. I could not be happier!! Location is right off the freeway. I highly recommend working with Tino Hurtado, call and setup an appointment, he has worked with a lot of people in my family, great service!! More

The GSM told the sales rep he called me and never did to finalize the deal. They ran a hard inquiry on my credit and I was preapproved for financing. I agreed on an OTD price with the sales rep—not the GSM— finalize the deal. They ran a hard inquiry on my credit and I was preapproved for financing. I agreed on an OTD price with the sales rep—not the GSM—and scheduled an appointment the follow morning to purchase the car. “Supposedly” the car I was set to purchase the next day was sold right before closing. The sales rep was nice enough to call me to let me know because the GSM didn’t suggest she call to cancel the appointment when they knew I couldn’t afford the second option they were going to try and sell me. I do not live locally and would have had to drive 2 hours for an appointment that would have been a waste of time. Luckily as I said before, the internet sales rep (Davonna S.) called me and I appreciate her integrity. The GSM (Ali C.) had none whatsoever! I would absolutely work with Davonna again but do not recommend Ali as someone to buy a car from. More
