Terrible worst dealership ever. Takes about 4 hrs for an oil change and seems like a lot of people are just on their phone doing nothing. DEPOSIT HELD HOSTAGE by KIA of CARSON! !!! Don't ever leave a deposit with this dealer. When I agreed to leave a deposit they said at any point I change my mind I can get my $1K deposit r !!! Don't ever leave a deposit with this dealer. When I agreed to leave a deposit they said at any point I change my mind I can get my $1K deposit refunded. Well, I changed my mind and It has been over a month now and NO ONE has got back to me. NO ONE answers from the finance department. And when I mention to SALES department that I am trying to get refunded they immediately transfer me to FINANCE. SALES will do everything in their power to get your deposit but nothing to refund it. No accountability with this dealer. Watch out! More
