I had a great shopping experience here, I feel like the reviews are based on the service department and not the sales experience. Which should still be addressed. Perfect size, small but not small small, very roomy inside and still plenty of trunk space, great on gas!! We needed to upgrade the family car and after comparing, we decided Kia. So glad we did, Kia is not the same as it was years ago.
