Takeaways - GO TO KABIR if you want to buy. Avoid Isiah from internet sales if possible. TLDR; I came into purchase a car on Tuesday - I got set up with Isaiah Price. Most bland salesperson I've ever from internet sales if possible. TLDR; I came into purchase a car on Tuesday - I got set up with Isaiah Price. Most bland salesperson I've ever met, you can tell he really doesn't care about his job. It's ok we negotiated a price and i was ok with it. He explained nothing about the car I stayed up and read the manual to figure out the features. I would expect when purchasing a car thats 45-50K with nearly 50% down the service would be better. Assem E from Finance helped me, felt super rushed like he was trying to go home. He wasn't the worst Finance manger i've dealt with but definitely not say the best. I get home - they forgot my charger for my electric car. Ok fine - i contact Isaiah he says he'll get one for me tomorrow. I look over my contract and realize they didn't give me the California clean Fuel reward rebate that is directly applied at the dealership not be confused with the CVRP or the federal rebate. I go in the next day around 9A and tell Isiah I've arrived. 40 minutes later had me sitting there still nothing. How long does it take to find a charger? Shouldn't you have that ready since you forgot to give it to me on an all electric car? Finally comes around 50 minutes later to hand me the cord. I told him hey i noticed there were wheel locks in the glove compartment what do I do with that? Isiah says - you have to put these on yourself. WHAT? i've worked at BMW for 4 years never have i told a customer who purchased a 45-50K car with 50% down this. I was flabbergasted. Then I asked him I noticed there was Cilajet added to the car for 1.2K is that something already on? He's like no you have to come back for that. Ok..so how? where do i make the appt? he says just call. I asked him how to work the paddleshifters says dont know. HORRIBLE customer service. Walks away I start to get upset because 1) you forgot my charger 2) you made me wait 50 minutes 3) you forgot to give me the Cal Clean Fuel Rebate ($1500). 4) You were unapologetic about anything 5) you couldnt even answer basic questions. ok they say hes new since november..i think 7 months is a long time to try and fine tune your sales skills and product knowledge. if you dont know ask someone dont tell the customer "dont know" I talk to Kabir, I start to get upset - it just so happens that the GM Will Amiri walks by and overheard our convo. He stops and asks me everything ok? I tell him the situation he says to me "oh im pretty sure they applied the rebate, we try to give the customers the best deal" i tell him, it wasn't listed on my paperwork and you guys didnt have me sign the paperwork for the rebate. He insists they put on there - i told him the rebate you gave me was a DEALER rebate the rebate i'm talking about is the STATE rebate. he says again im sure we did it. I say can you check? We go into the Will's office - he checks of course I WAS RIGHT. They did not apply it. So you were SOOO SURE SO ADAMANT that you were right but it wasn't until i asked you to check you realized you were wrong. He starts making excuses for Isiah telling me he's new blah blah. i tell him its not my problem you need train your employees better. if you dont know something you never tell a customer i dont know. you find out. The only redeeming thing about this situation that deserves a star is this - KABIR HOLY MOLY GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE. HE'S A xxxxING ANGEL. He wasn't even my sales person but i sure wish he was. GO TO KABIR if you want A1 service. Literally he took me on a drive to show me every single xxxxing feature on this car. Will the GM made Isiah tag along with us on the drive. Kabir would ask, did you show her this? isiah's response? no, what about this? no. Literally there were features on the car that I probably could of had the car forever and never know about. You can tell Kabir really knows his stuff, so knowledgeable as a salesperson as one should be, impeccable service. So kind and helpful even tho he prob didn't get a lick of commission from me. If i could go back in time i would KABIR YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST. AND PROBABLY THE ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP. Ok second part the GM tells me "i dont know why you're financing this car" i said why - he explained the technology blah blah but get this he tells me if i lease the rebate is 12K vs 5K from finance. He says i wonder why nobody told you this yesterday. I DONT KNOW, YOU F*xxxxx TELL ME WHY NOBODY TOLD ME. He's like its a no brainer its smarter to lease. BRUH HOW DO YOU NOT TELL A CUSTOMER ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL 7K REBATE. SMFH What frustrates me more, Isiah never once apologized for anything he literally stood there mute and i genuinely feel like he should have had more to say. Lacks product knowledge, Seriously lacks customer service and sales skills. Bruh.. if you xxxx up own it. Apologize. NO OWNERSHIP WHATSOEVER. in fact it was KABIR that was apologizing to me for what? FOR BEING xxxxING AWESOME? More
