As a first time buyer, I had no idea about how the process of buying a car went but Alberto Stagg was extremely helpful. Alberto was very calm and had a lot of patience for us as we were checking out the prices and making a decision. He didn't try to pressure or rush us like most do. He kept a positive attitude the entire time we were at the dealership and even offered us beverages as we talked things out and made a final decision on the car. He was kind enough to allow my family and I to leave and when we got back he was kindly and patiently waiting for us. I was very satisfied with my first experience at Kia Carson thanks to Alberto. If you're looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for Alberto Stagg he's the sweetest and will help you at the best of his ability. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Awesome staff, Tino the Salesman is top tier customer service! He was super in demand the night I went in but he did his best to juggle between customers! I walked in with my mind set on the Telluride or service! He was super in demand the night I went in but he did his best to juggle between customers! I walked in with my mind set on the Telluride or nothing, when I asked Steve he said it wouldn't be possible with my budget. Right when I was going to walk out Tino grabbed us and told us to just give him a chance, it's going to happen... After alot going on, Steve worked his magic and I agreed to pay a little more monthly. My Telluride wasn't even logged in their system!! The whole team was just awesome people, very welcoming and friendly keeping a stressful situation at ease! Tino was the best! Steve is the man that could make it happen! Jimmy and Diana were very down to earth and funny!
