I'm surprised he has 5 star reviews. Unfortunately the "help" he provided was not good. When asked if he could give us a better deal he lied about add-ons on the car, and the lowest interest I actually qu "help" he provided was not good. That obviously does not sound honest at all. When we called him out on this, he got really worked up and started raising his voice and did not keep it professional. Needless to say, I got a better deal for the same exact car elsewhere with honest people. ALWAYS do the math, people. More

Bait and switch. Will try to upset you and force you into a car. Does not listen effectively nor answer questions just trying to sell you a car. Made an appointment on the 24th of April at 8am. I waited until 11am to ask about my car. The service advisor was gone for some reason and then I later found out that they had to keep my car over the weekend until 11am to ask about my car. The service advisor was gone for some reason and then I later found out that they had to keep my car over the weekend. Advisor tells me that my car would be available on Monday yet doesn't answer phone, doesn't return calls, and didn't even offer me a rental or loaner vehicle. Total disregard for people and their time. I'm going to find a way to get rid of this car. This place is HORRIBLE More
