From the moment Jessica Romero greeted my husband and I at the entrance of Kia of Carson, we found her to be very personable. We had been looking for a specific Kia Telluride for some time. We had looked at the inventory from several dealerships online and in-person, but had been unsuccessful in finding the one we wanted. The customer service we received from Jessica Romero and other dealerships do not compare. She showed us the only Kia Telluride they had left on their lot, but said that she would search for the specific Kia Telluride we wanted. She was the first person to let us know that she would search for us. As she searched and found the vehicle we had originally asked for, we found ourselves changing our minds a couple of times about the color, interior and other specifications. Every time we changed our minds about something, she searched again for that vehicle with the new specifications. She never made us feel that we were inconveniencing her when we changed our minds. We felt that she really wanted us to get the vehicle that we wanted, even if we were not going to make a purchase that day. After all the work she put in searching for the car we wanted and showing us all the different options, my husband and I came to the conclusion that the Kia Telluride we wanted was the one on their lot that day. We purchased that one and could not be happier. Jessica Romero showed extreme patience, professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure we got the Kia Telluride that we wanted. I spoke with Jessica over the phone multiple times about what we were looking for and she had the car for us! We had been looking all over for the vehicle we wanted and couldn’t find. She emailed me what sh what we were looking for and she had the car for us! We had been looking all over for the vehicle we wanted and couldn’t find. We were driving from out of town and were really nervous that it wouldn’t be there once we had arrived, since that had happened before. She was very honest and upfront about the whole process. She kept her WORD!! We were so astounded and shocked that everything went pretty smooth and how efficient she was. I would recommend her to anyone that needed a new car. She set the bar for others. Talked to Andrew on the phone prior to coming in and stated I had a check in hand from my credit union to pay for the car. I show up and he asks for my social security number. I said I didn’t want my credit run and he says he needs to it see if I qualify for a loan. I reminded him I came with a check in hand. He comes back and says they need it just as part of the application process. 3 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying Kia of Carson ran my credit... It’s hard to comprehend that he had my best interest in mind after I explicitly stated I came with funds and I didn’t want my credit ran. Clearly he was more focused on the commission than customer satisfaction. Also, when I test drove the car there were no damages. After I signed all the paper work saying I didn’t want anything fixed, I found out they scratched the windshield during the detailing process. Needless to say I will not be going back or referring anyone. More
