This Kia dealership is 'on it'! I is nice to be greeted with a smile . Within minutes I was being walked though the process of getting my oil changed. He patienly let me ask questions, explain the dealers recommendation for my vehicle and then helped me find the best deal with my coupons - that is so awesome. I went to the very clean waiting area and had a nice cup of coffee. Nelson said it would be about an hour and it was. I love it when you are appreciated and things run smoothly.
