They sold me a nice 2011 Ford Fiesta Lemon I bought a nice 2011 Ford Fiesta Lemon. The dealer should have never sold such a car knowing that it had recalls for transmission. We bought the extra care package which is worthless since they make it difficult to know what is covered and after requesting the contract via mail, they never sent it. Sounds as fishy as selling a car that has recalls. I experienced 3 failures already. The Ford dealers won't fix the problem. The dealer who sold me the car won't fix the problem either since it is a manufacturer deffect. The extra repair coverage i bought for almost 3k is a pure rip off. I trusted the dealer because of their rating and I trusted American cars. Biggest mistake ever. Thank you for all the trouble. May you be rewarded for what you have done. More

Gave him a interest rate of 6.49% when his credit score is 800 and then gave him pennies on his trade in and refused to make it right. The salesman also said that the loan would not be visible on his credit for 60 days which is another crock of poo poo. It's really said that we live in a society where people no longer do right by people they are only interested in getting over on the next person. My advice is not to shop at this location go somewhere else if you want a Kia. More
