Cristina Bernitez is extremely knowledgeable, she communicates well and is always polite. She has the necessary skills and know how for making customers feel special. She should train all workers there to be just like her. She goes beyond the call of duty to assure all customer needs have been met. She kept me abreast of the status and wait time of my vehicle. It was ready as promised. She asked if needed transportation, but I declined and stayed in customer lounge. She informed me of the complimentary coffee and donuts available as well as wireless internet access. I am a senior citizen and it has been a pleasure being assisted by Cristina Bernitez. She never once made me feel as if I am being rushed. She answered all of my questions and did not get agitated with me for asking any questions. She is very patient with customers and that means a lot, especially to a senior citizen. When you have someone with Cristina's knowledge and personality you will get loyal customers who will return repeatedly. More
