If I could give Davonna 1,000,000 stars, I would! Generally when I go to this dealership for routine maintenance visits (I’ve never had anything major that needed urgent repair), the service advisors Generally when I go to this dealership for routine maintenance visits (I’ve never had anything major that needed urgent repair), the service advisors pile on extra unnecessary services onto my initial quote, often totaling well over $1,000 and I always have to question everything on the quote. Davonna was honest and never tried to nickel and dime me for anything extra or unnecessary. It was so refreshing! Davonna’s positive attitude and great sense of humor was wonderful! She has a contagious positive energy, so it was no-brainer to trust her with my car! Amazing communication and the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had at this dealership. Thanks Davonna! More
