Luckily Rico Guerrero reached out to me promptly and I met with him within an hour of my online inquiry. I was upfront in what I was looking for and Rico wasted no time in providing me with information. The process was speedy. Rico was very efficient and communicated everything clearly to me. I was in and out within less than 4 hours. It took my car longer to clean than anything else! I appreciate the follow up on how I liked my car.
