Liars Made an appointment from the internet team and explained to them that I already had my own loan approval and asked would they accept it. When I got there they let me test drive the car I wanted so I thought everything was good. It wasn’t. Adam said that if I used my loan offer than I had to pay the tags and taxes up front. He told me he called the loan company and that’s what they said. Well I left and called the loan company, he never called. And they told me that if my car was under my loan offer than I could finance my taxes and tags. If they didn’t want to accept my loan offer than they should of just told me that. I would of felt better instead of you lying to my face. More

Awful customer service Sketchy, rude, high pressure sales. I had to beg to be let inside for my 4 year old to use the bathroom. They tried to close and kick us out 45 minut Sketchy, rude, high pressure sales. I had to beg to be let inside for my 4 year old to use the bathroom. They tried to close and kick us out 45 minutes early. After we bought the car they didn't fill the tank, detail, or even vacuum the car. A tire had a slow leak. There's sticky stuff (maybe soda) all over the back window. I found the f*** word written on the back of one of the seats. My husband had to take it back a week later to get things fixed. They stopped working on the car for the night at 5PM but didn't tell him. He finally walked up to ask at 6PM and that's when they told him they were going to finish it the next day. Would he have sat there all night??? This place is awful. More
