I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their service department is the worst I have ever encountered. I have had an ongoing issue with my sunroof, it's been taken in for repair at least Their service department is the worst I have ever encountered. I have had an ongoing issue with my sunroof, it's been taken in for repair at least 5 times for the same issue. There is zero communication from them, every update has been initiated by either myself or my husband. They tell me my car is fixed only for me to go to pick it up and find it is absolutely NOT fixed. The sunroof will open almost correctly but the shade will NEVER CLOSE. Their claim that they clean the car after every visit is a bunch of xx, every time I pick up my car there is grease on the seats & headliner, I have light gray leather interior. This issue is on going, we are 3 months in and they have NO CLUE how to fix my car which happens to be a KIA Sorento XLine. Sales staff is great but service department is AWFUL More

From start to finish, the service was top‑notch. The pricing was better than anywhere else I checked, and the staff was so friendly and genuine that I briefly wondered if I had accidentally walked into a customer‑service training video. Everyone was helpful, upbeat, and actually seemed to enjoy making the process smooth and stress‑free. David was knowledgeable, efficient, and honestly just great to work with. He made everything feel easy — which is not a sentence I ever expected to say about buying a car. The whole team deserves a solid 10/10 for professionalism, friendliness, and speed. I have a LATEX allergy, he ALWAYS MARKS NO LATEX GLOVES. Yesterday I got my car back from its yearly detail. I must say, I think this is the best job ever. It smells like a brand new car.
