Awesome place, This is what car shopping should be like!!! I had the ultimate experience at Kia of Dartmouth with salesman Noor Rahmany. It started in Dec 2018 when I was wasting time since I place a takeout o I had the ultimate experience at Kia of Dartmouth with salesman Noor Rahmany. It started in Dec 2018 when I was wasting time since I place a takeout order at a local restaurant so I decided to stop by the dealership and see if they had any 2019 Stingers GT2s in stock. I meet Noor as I walked in and he was very nice and easy going (like you would expect a salesman to act), I said I wasn't ready to buy a car but I was wondering when they would be getting in any 2019 Stingers, which he said they haven't received any yet BUT if I wanted, I could test drive a 2018 Stinger just to get a feel for it, obviously my response with an immediate YES!!!!! He asked if I had a color preference then disappeared and before you knew it, he pulled up in the front with a beautiful 2018 blue GT2 ready to test drive. I test drove it for 10 to 15 minutes (Loving every second) and then we returned to the dealership. I explained that again I wasn't ready to buy till Feb (also I was hungry and wasn’t in the mood for the whole “sales game”) and prepared for the "high pressure" sales speech or request for my personal information, surprising, neither happened?!?! All Noor said was, here is my business card and a Stinger brochure, call or email me when you're ready. THAT”S IT, WOW!!!! It was VERY refreshing to be treated with no pressure and I decided that this was going to be my salesman when I was ready. February 2019 comes and I'm finally in a position to get my GT2 so I emailed Noor and said I'm ready and I want a Red 2019 Stinger GT2, he said to give him a day to find it. A day later we negotiated the car's price via text (Actually, I was on vacation, lounging in a sun-filled pool in south Florida as the negotiations took place, all via text/email). After we agreed on a price (it wasn’t a long dragged out process), I paid a deposit over the phone and said I would come by to do the financing when I got back to Massachusetts. The day after which I came back from vacation, I went to the dealership and test drove the car Noor located and then we also did the financing, it was way too easy and with zero percent of pressure so I was just waiting for the "Angle" where they try to suck more money out of you for items you don’t need or want. Honestly, it was seamless and before I left the dealer, I had all the papers signed and a HUGE smile on my face. Also, as a side note, while waiting at times as Noor had to do the paperwork, the other salesmen were equally nice asking me what I thought of the car, etc). A wonderful group of guys!! To make a long story short, the experience was as amazing as the Stinger GT2 that I drove away with!! I can not say enough about how exceptional my experience with Noor and especially Kia of Dartmouth was. I would HIGHLY recommend them in a heartbeat, they treat people like people. I’m so lucky my take out order took so long that day!!! More

Very knowledgeable; easy to do business! I had done some research online for used vehicles...….was very interested in the Buick Enclave that KIA had on their lot. Showed up without appointm I had done some research online for used vehicles...….was very interested in the Buick Enclave that KIA had on their lot. Showed up without appointment, had the pleasure of dealing with Keith Lourenco. He was very sincere & knowledgeable, offered me to take vehicle for test drive......was quick & easy! Negotiations went OK, ending up purchasing the vehicle. Keith made all the transactions go through quick as possible.....he was always available via phone whenever we needed him. I would definitely do business with KIA again based on service I received from Keith...….will recommended to family members too! More

Quick and Easy Service I was referred to Noor Rahmany by a friend to purchase a car and I must say this was the perfect choice. I went into Kia of Dartmouth in North Dartmou I was referred to Noor Rahmany by a friend to purchase a car and I must say this was the perfect choice. I went into Kia of Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, Ma and I already knew the car I was looking for. Noor was very knowledgeable, patient, and has great customer service he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for at the right price and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much again More
"Great experience" Just purchased a new car at Kia of Dartmouth and really enjoyed the whole process. Had seen a vehicle they had posted online to Autotrader and just st Just purchased a new car at Kia of Dartmouth and really enjoyed the whole process. Had seen a vehicle they had posted online to Autotrader and just stopped by without notice for a test drive if possible while I was in the area. I was greeted immediately by salesperson Alex Viveros and he quickly located the vehicle on the lot that I was interested in and made all the preparations for a test drive. He was very patient and thorough in going over all the features of the vehicle, despite it being late and my visit unscheduled. Really appreciated that. Expected that I might have to come back next day or something.... Anyway, the car turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!! All the financing was handled by Noor in the Finance Dept. who, again, was very professional and knowledgable and took his time in answering my many questions. Very positive vibs overall; showroom and cars there all decorated for the holidays with some hilarious stuffed elfs etc. Really hated to leave!! Anyway, I'm REALLY enjoying my new car and highly recommend Kia of Dartmouth and their staff. More

Kia of Dartmouth Deceptive Sales Practice Avoid at All Costs ! - I brought my daughter and wife to Kia of Dartmouth MA after seeing a preowned 2010 Subaru Impreza online for sale for my daughter. Before I drove ! - I brought my daughter and wife to Kia of Dartmouth MA after seeing a preowned 2010 Subaru Impreza online for sale for my daughter. Before I drove there I called and confirmed with their internet saleswomen Heidi Leite that the car was still available and she said come down to see her. When we arrived we were greeted by Keith Brady and we told him we were here to see Heidi about the 2010 Subaru Impreza car. Keith said no problem I can assist you and he directed us to his desk and we started discuss the car. We then took the car for a test ride Keith was great to talk with and gave us good insight on the car. We decided we wanted to make an offer and that is when things got absolutely crazy. The sales manager Richard Pacheco came over and confirmed our offer and asked us to sign an offer sheet and we give a credit card as a down payment and we shook hands. My family and I were all excited as this purchase was for our daughter and were prepared to take ownership of the car. When things slowed down meaning the sales team was at the front desk we asked what is going on the Richard said his boss is finalizing the offer. We found out without our knowledge Richard told another sales person to go over and grab the keys from Keith’s desk and that sales person took an older couple out for a test drive with the 2010 Subaru Impreza we just thought we bought. Although we came to an agreement Richard decided to pull a fast one and tried to pin us against the other couple to create a bidding war. We caught Richard in a lie as we figured out the situation after seeing the older couple outside of the internet office and Richard and Keith tried to cover up that Richard’ boss was reviewing the sale. We confronted Richard and we told this is unethical and walked out of the showroom. Keith and Richard tried to make us stay until the test drive was over but we knew better to trust this unethical sales team. Keith definitely realized this was not right and rolled his eyes at what Richard was trying to do and cover up. We agreed to terms shook hands but they Kia or Dartmouth MA sales manager Richard Pacheco tried to get a better deal after our deal was confirmed. Then for a final kicker Keith called us back on the way home 10 minute later and asked us if we wanted to buy the car for $500 more than the agreed price. I think you all know what we said and I strongly suggest to all to avoid this dealership as you can’t trust the sales team here. I could not have made this up as this was worst experience in buying car! More
