I bought a new car from them, and two days later the check engine light was offers a few hundred dollars off a vehicle in return for a 5-star review. Their service department dismissed it as a "one-in-a-million glitch", but it ended up being an engine problem that had to be fixed by another dealership. I suspect the dealership knew about the defect when they sold it to me. I've also found the GM/owner to be completely unresponsive and insincere. More

I found the dealership to be a bit disorganized as it did not have me on the schedule even though I had confirmed my appointment the day before by text. This situation started after a text from the dealership indicating a recall was outstanding, and instructing me to call for an appointment even though I must have spoken with or interacted with three to four individuals who were unaware of said recall. Also, the dealership did not reinstall the car seat after the recall service. The only bright spot was the driver of car service who brought me home while the dealership "fit me in". More
