My relatively new car, purchased at Kia of Everett, needed major service work that was covered under Kia manufacturer warranty. It was a painful, stressful and time-consuming process of multiple months needed major service work that was covered under Kia manufacturer warranty. I had to push back on the bureaucracy (between Kia and Kia of Everett). K of Everett management is now working to make it right.
