The finance manager clearly padded the money factor on the lease and was an obvious salesperson over an actual finance expert. Sold us stuff we didn't really need i.e. extended warranties. Very pleasant experience. They went out of their way to get me the car i wanted and the pricing felt much more transparent than other car dealerships. I really appreciated how They went out of their way to get me the car i wanted and the pricing felt much more transparent than other car dealerships. I really appreciated how much time they took ( multiple times!) showing me the features of the car and how to connect my phone. It is now several days later and I have zero buyers remorse.
