I was told completing the pending recall on my Kia EV6 should fix the battery low voltage issues. But the battery drained again just 2 days after completing the recall. Disappointed doesn’t begin to address it. $180 plus tax for an insurance claim, waited 7 months for the part and they NEVER contacted me once, then when part came it did not include labor to $180 plus tax for an insurance claim, waited 7 months for the part and they NEVER contacted me once, then when part came it did not include labor to install. Unbelievable and I only got $ for part, not estimate. Would have had to come up with additional $600 and go back to insurance to see if they would pay for it. Honestly, who does business like this???
